Forum of Bible Agencies North America


The Forum of Bible Agencies North America (FoBA-NA) is a coalition of organizations and ministries dedicated to increasing access to and engagement with the Bible. It focuses on collaborative efforts to translate, publish, distribute, and promote Scripture in ways that are accurate, accessible, and relevant to people in North America and around the world.

History: Established in 1990, FOBAI was founded on the belief that collaboration and cooperation among Bible agencies would significantly enhance the speed and scope of providing worldwide access to the Bible.

Mission: The organization’s mission is to work together to maximize the worldwide access and impact of God’s Word.

Key Activities and Goals:

  1. Bible Translation: Supporting efforts to translate the Bible into languages that still lack Scripture or have limited access.
