In addition, he has put his seal ⌞of ownership⌟ on us and has given us the Spirit as his guarantee.
and he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment that guarantees everything he has promised us.
He put his mark on us to show that we are his, and he put his Spirit in our hearts to be a guarantee for all he has promised.
who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge.
