You had many valuable things to sell. So traders came from Tarshish to buy things from you. They brought silver and other good metals to pay for those things.
“Tarshish sent merchants to buy your wares in exchange for silver, iron, tin, and lead.
“ ‘People of Tarshish became traders for you because of your great wealth. They traded your goods for silver, iron, tin, and lead.
“Tarshish was your customer because of the abundance of all kinds of wealth; with silver, iron, tin, and lead they paid for your merchandise.
“Tarshish was your merchant because of your many luxury goods. They gave you silver, iron, tin, and lead for your goods.
Tarshish traded with you because you had so much of everything. They paid for your goods with silver, iron, tin, and lead.
“ ‘Tarshish did business with you because of your great wealth of goods; they exchanged silver, iron, tin and lead for your merchandise.
Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded in thy fairs.
Tarshish is your merchant, because of the abundance of all wealth, they have given silver, iron, tin, and lead for your wares.
