You make people become like fish in the sea, or like crawling insects, that have no ruler.
Are we only fish to be caught and killed? Are we only sea creatures that have no leader?
You treat people like fish in the sea, like sea animals without a leader.
Why have You made people like the fish of the sea, Like crawling things that have no ruler over them?
Why do You make men like fish of the sea, Like creeping things that have no ruler over them?
You have made people like the fish in the sea, like the sea creatures that have no ruler.
And makest men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that have no ruler over them?
And You make man as fishes of the sea, as a creeping thing with none ruling over him.

You make all people like the fish in the sea, like schools of sea life that have no ruler.
You have made mankind like the fish of the sea, like marine creatures that have no ruler.
You made people like fish in the sea. They are like little sea animals without a leader.
It seems that you have made people like fish in the sea. They are like animals that have no leader to rule them.
